Gutters, fascias and soffits

Half of all damp complaints start in the gutter. Blocked, sagging or parted guttering pours water down the wall instead of away from it, and rotten fascias let the weather into the roof edge. We clean, realign, repair and replace guttering, fascias and soffits, and because drainage is also our trade, the downpipes and gullies below get sorted in the same visit.

Chimneys

Chimneys take the worst of the weather and show it first: crumbling mortar joints, cracked flaunching around the pots, and leaning stacks that insurers get nervous about. We repoint, reflaunch, refit pots and cowls, and where a stack is redundant we can cap it properly to stop damp without losing ventilation.

Storm damage and emergency cover

After bad weather we prioritise making properties watertight, including temporary covering when a full repair needs to wait for materials or dry conditions. We photograph everything from the roof itself, which is exactly the evidence you need for an insurance claim, and we are happy to work alongside your insurer's process.

Why photo reports matter

You cannot climb up to check a roofer's story. So our engineers document the roof before and after, and the images land in your client portal alongside the invoice. Landlords use these reports for compliance files, agents use them to reassure owners, and homeowners simply like knowing what they paid for. It also means small problems get caught while they are still small.
