We respond fast, make boundaries secure the same visit where possible, and repair or replace with matching materials. Snapped posts are the usual culprit, rotted at soil line, and we replace them the durable way: concrete or steel repair spurs, proper depth, proper set.

Why do fence posts always snap at the ground?
Moisture concentrates at soil level and rots the timber there first. We set replacements properly and use spurs or concrete where they earn their keep.
Can you rescue a tired slippery deck?
Usually yes: replace what is rotten, refix what wobbles, jet wash and re oil the rest. It is dramatically cheaper than rebuilding.
