Makeover or full refit? An honest answer first
If the carcasses are sound, a makeover buys a remarkable amount: new doors and handles, fresh worktops, a modern sink and tap, tiled splashback, lighting and decoration. Days of work, a fraction of a refit's cost, and the room looks new. If the layout fails or the units are done, we say so and quote the full refit honestly. You get both options priced, with our recommendation and the reasoning.
Full kitchen fitting
Supply and fit or fit only for kitchens you have bought elsewhere. We handle the whole sequence: strip out, first fix plumbing and electrics, walls and flooring, cabinet fitting, worktops, appliances, tiling, decoration and the final clean. One project manager sequences it all, so the tiler is not waiting on a plumber who was never booked.
Kitchens for rentals and landlords
Rental kitchens have their own rules: durable doors that survive tenancies, wipeable surfaces, hard flooring rather than laminate that swells at the first leak, and appliances chosen for repairability. We fit to that spec constantly during void periods, timed to the day so the property is earning again fast. Compliance is folded in, with gas and electrical certification issued where appliances or circuits change.

How long does a kitchen makeover take?
Most facelifts run 2 to 4 days. A full refit typically takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on size and structural work. You get a schedule in the quote and updates against it.
Can I keep my existing units and just change doors and worktops?
Very often yes, and it is the best value move in the trade if the carcasses are sound. We check them properly before recommending it.
Do you supply kitchens or fit ones I buy?
Both. We supply proven ranges at trade terms, or fit kitchens from any retailer. Either way the plumbing, electrics and gas connections are certified in house.
Can you install gas hobs and cookers?
Yes, our Gas Safe engineers install and certify gas appliances as part of the job, and fit the carbon monoxide alarm the law expects.
Do you do kitchens within bigger projects?
Constantly. Kitchens sit inside most of our full refurbishments, sequenced with everything else by one project manager.
