Installation
Wall mounted splits for offices, shops and bedrooms, ceiling cassettes for open plans and restaurants, and multi splits running several rooms from one discreet outdoor unit. We survey properly, size the system to the room rather than the brochure, route pipework tidily, and handle the electrical supply through our own certified electricians, one company, one certificate file. Modern heat pump units also heat efficiently in winter, which is quietly becoming their best selling point.
Servicing and maintenance contracts
Air conditioning fails in heatwaves for the same reason gyms fill in January: everyone arrives at once. Planned servicing, filters, coils, refrigerant checks, condensate drains, electrical connections, keeps efficiency up, bills down and breakdowns rare, and F-Gas rules make proper maintenance of refrigerant systems a legal matter, not a preference. Commercial clients get scheduled contracts with records kept for compliance; the first hot Friday, your system simply works.
Repairs
Warm air from the indoor unit, water dripping down the wall, error codes, ice on pipes, tripping supplies and the rattle that arrived overnight. Our engineers carry the common parts, diagnose honestly, and tell you plainly when a unit owes you nothing more, with a like for like or upgrade quote alongside the repair option.
Refrigeration and commercial kitchens
Shops and kitchens live and die by their cold: display fridges, cellar cooling, walk ins and prep counters repaired and maintained with the urgency stock deserves. Combined with our electrical and general maintenance cover, hospitality clients run their whole premises through one number.
Frequently asked questions
Can you install air conditioning in a flat or house?
Yes, splits and multi splits suit most homes, subject to a sensible spot for the outdoor unit. Bedrooms and lofts are the most requested and most rewarding.
How often should commercial air conditioning be serviced?
Typically twice a year for comfort systems, more for kitchens and heavy use. We set the schedule per system and keep the compliance records.
Why is my unit blowing warm air?
Commonly filters, refrigerant or a sensor. Diagnosis is the visit; guessing is how systems get condemned prematurely, so we do not.
Are your engineers F-Gas certified?
Yes, refrigerant work is performed and documented by F-Gas certified engineers as the law requires.
Do the systems heat as well?
Modern units are efficient heat pumps too, often the cheapest heat in the building, which makes them a year round asset rather than a summer one.
