Damp and mould cases now carry legal timescales for social landlords under Awaab's Law, and the Renters' Rights Act paves the way to extend those duties to the private sector. Our reinstatement work treats the cause first, leaks, ventilation, cold bridging, then repairs the damage properly: hazard treatment, replastering, redecoration and airflow improvements, all photographed and documented as the evidence trail the regulations expect.
